About the Course:

I wanted to make a Twin Flame course that has the feel more of a fun creative arts college course rooted in concepts of therapy and expressive arts. This course aims to provide all types of activities, art exercises, excursions, journal prompts, and tools to help individuals going through a twin flame relationship. This course could also be useful to those in a relationship but want some extra help processing things. Think of it as a creative, reflective education course and activity journal, that guides individuals towards insight and processing, and hopefully feeling better about their relationship. It does require some active doing and is meant to be taken slowly and taken in conjunction with all of your other life and job happenings, rather than an intensive 3-7 hour per day course.

  • 70 lessons, 6 available immediately

  • Unlock one new lesson each day

  • Complete on your own time

  • Feedback on two assignments per week

What this course is NOT:

This course is not an education course that defines and explains many frequently used expressions, words, and concepts in Twin Flames. This course isn’t about helping you manifest being together with your twin flame. Though I think it’s possible interesting connections and insights may emerge throughout the course that can help you feel better in the relationship, no matter the outcome. This course isn’t a substitute for therapy.

What this course IS:

This course incorporates aspects of relationship understandings that are grounded in principles of couple’s therapy. It does not focus only on the spiritual aspect of twin flame relationships, though it also does not completely dismiss the possibility that there can be a spiritual component for some people. The course is intended to be both practical and holistic. It also does not center around “manifesting” outcomes or trying to heal and understand your twin flame simply so that you can for sure end up together.

What it does try to do is help calm emotions, create insight, and encourage healthier perspectives so that, if there is genuine potential for a healthy relationship, that possibility has room to grow. At the same time, the course hopes to help the person taking it develop more stability, clarity, productivity, and emotional balance in their own life so they can better understand how to incorporate their partner and have enjoyable independent time.

This course won't tell you what relationship to have. But hopefully, help you guide yourself and trust yourself to understand what that looks like for you. Sometimes that means actively working on things in a relationship to make it stronger and more stable. Or, giving each other space and having that be okay. Or, finding ways to be amicable but detangling from one another. The course is also about filling your life up in ways that make you feel more whole and meaningful, so you aren’t just reliant on your twin flame relationship for meaning. And hopefully, in the process, both your life, and your relationship feel better. To live in ways that feel less anxious, more secure, and have more clarity.

Who the course is Good for:

  • People questioning if their relationship is healthy

  • Those wanting to strengthen areas of a relationship or improve a relationship

  • Students who want a balance between a spiritual and more social science perspective of twin flames.

  • Students who enjoy art and journaling

  • Students who want to read short writings and do art activities to help them draw their own conclusions about their relationship and where it should go and what it means

  • Students who want to explore their identities and remain grounded while going through a dynamic
