Twin Flame Reflection Course

Welcome to the course!

Maybe this course can feel like a daily ritual, but it is completely okay to space your days out and lessons out. Starting out, you will have access to the first 6 lessons, then you will unlock one lesson each each day. So, if you skip days, it is possible to go through a few lessons in the same day.

But, it can be a really good thing to let each activity, exercise, or lesson sit with you while you wait to do the next one. Otherwise, it could feel too much like an overload. Processing can take time, and so there may be some lessons that you can do more than one per day, but sometimes if you really invest in the activity, it is really enough to just do one. I wanted you to have access to a few in the beginning to get a flavor for the course, and because you might have a burst of energy to do a lot of course work in the beginning.

There is no “getting behind” in the course. Do what you can. It can be a really healing thing to do one lesson and activity, and then not start the next one for 1-3 days.

This course is meant to be an accompaniment to your life. I hope it opens up aspects of your experience and helps you flourish.

What You'll Learn

Original Creative and

Therapy inspired Content

It’s a lot to do one lesson each day. You might need to space some a few days apart. Then a few new lessons will unlock and you can do some back to back writing if you want.

One Day at a Time

I have a 24-72 hour turn around time for assignment feedback and try to write something substantive for each one. I may ask questions. And try to provide insights where I can.

The Subscription

I try and engage all types of art outlets. You don’t need to be experienced in any of these to get a lot of value out of them. It truly is about the connection between yourself and the art.

Different Types of Creative Exercises

I don’t know if this is the best way to describe it. But, I think through engaging in these exercises and readings and following along with the class, you can feel better about where things might be for you.
